Semalam ke Nilai 3 ...ke Stadium Paroi...ke Kuala Pilah ..kesesakan trafik

ke Nilai 3 macam-macam ade - cari langsir, ke stadium soccer ns lwn perak - ns lead , penonton boleh dibilang.....arah ke rumah -3 ambulance lalu -ade accident di laluan bukit putus, trafik jamm ...aduii letih nonggok dalam keta...exam semester 2 berapa minggu saje lagi... wan pesan belajar rajin-rajin... terima kasih sahabat ...keikhlasan hatimu Allah melihat. aku doakan kejayaanmu dunia akhirat.

According to Kevin Paul (1996) the way we learn can be esily slotted into one of three catogaries
  • : visual learning , auditory learning and kinesthetic learning. Good visual learners tend to
    be strong readers (usually fastbut not always)
    be good spellers
  • prefer, after a certain age, to read for themselves rather than have stories read to them,
  • find it is easier to remember things they see rather than just hear
  • doodle when thinking, talking on the phone orduring meeting and
    remember visual material presented in video tapes.

Tip Kecantikan

Diet yang memberikan kesemua zat dalam jumlah yang mencukupi untuk kesihatan harian?

Kata Mohd. Hamin Rajikin et. al (1997),makanan seharusnya memenuhi kriteria berikut;
  • seimbang dan sederhana - contoh zat besi dan kalsium perlu ada pada tubuh untuk kelansungan hidup. Tanpa zat besi , menyebabkan anamia, mudah rasa penat letih lesu. Sumber zat besi - daging , hati, ikan. tanpa kalsium jadi rapuh tulang.
  • pelbagai - pemakanan serupa mungkin mengandungi bhan yang tidak dikehendaki tubuh seperti toksin. Selangselikan pengambilannya dengan makanan lain untuk kurangkan kesan buruknya.
  • mencukupi - makanan itu memenuhi keperluan diet harian.
  • kalori terkawal - berkait rapat dengan pemakanan makanan pembekal tenaga (karbohidrat, lemak anprotein) -berlebihan jadi gemuk, kekurangan jadi lesu dangangguan tumbesaran.

Pilihlah
  • makanan yang asli - susu lembu asli bukan susu coklat
  • makanan berketumpatan tinggi - 3 auns aging lembu atau 3auns ikan sarin?
  • . buah-buahan dan sayuran -risiko sakit jantung , strok dan kanser rendah.
  • makanan berserat - elak sembelit dan kegemukan
  • dengan mengurangkan pengambilan minyak tepu dan kolesterol seperti santan, mentega tapi minyak zaiton/kacang.
